Cherryville Days is a yearly fundraising celebration organized by the Cherryville Community Club. The inaugural event took place in 1963 and has continued annually ever since. It begins with a festive parade that travels from the Cherryville Emporium to Hansen Park. Throughout the day, various activities are hosted at the park, including popular events like outhouse races, tug of war, horseshoes, and a dedicated area for kids. Each year, the Cherryville Days Committee, made up of local volunteers, selects a new theme, and their efforts are essential for the event’s success.
